A seasoned professional in the international education sector, she leads high-stakes application editing, visa counseling, and content strategy for top global universities. Her 13+ years in international education include end-to-end admissions management at the University of Warwick, University of East London, Shorelight South Asia and others, with expertise spanning agent management, student recruitment and conversion, blending institutional priorities with a student-first approach.
Business Strategy and Technical Advisor
Kapil Gupta is a seasoned technology leader with a global perspective and a passion for mentoring the next generation. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta in San Francisco, he brings a wealth of experience from top-tier tech giants including LinkedIn, Uber, and Adobe. An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Kapil holds a Master’s degree from UC San Diego and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. As a former international student himself, he is deeply committed to guiding students through their educational and professional journeys. His mentorship is rooted in empathy, experience, and a belief in unlocking potential through opportunity. At Phoenix Ed, he plays a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and impactful.

Hirdesh Paliwal is a technology strategist with over 18 years of global experience driving innovation and delivering enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 companies across the US, Europe, APAC, and Australia. His expertise spans diverse domains including BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Automation—making him a trusted advisor for complex, large-scale transformations. With a master's in Computer Science honors from the University of Rajasthan, Hirdesh is a Certified SAFE ASM practitioner and holds Salesforce certifications in Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Business Analysis. Beyond his technical achievements, he is passionate about mentoring and empowering teams and thrives on exploring emerging technologies and guiding professionals toward shared success. Dr. Anurag Sharma is an Associate Professor in Electrical Power Engineering and Director of Postgraduate Research at Newcastle University’s Singapore campus. With over 15 years of experience in academia and industry, his expertise encompasses sustainable energy solutions, smart grids, and the planning of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Throughout his career, including positions at institutions like the National University of Singapore, Dr. Sharma has focused on integrating energy management with artificial intelligence to address contemporary challenges in electric power systems. His accolades include being a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK and receiving the Newcastle Teaching Award. As a Senior Member of IEEE since 2024, he has held various leadership roles in the IEEE Power and Energy Society Singapore Chapter, such as Chair and Vice-Chair.
